Lithiq Studios ("we," "our," or "us") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable laws, we respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement and, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

1. Filing a Copyright Infringement Notice

If you believe in good faith that content available through the Service infringes your copyright, you (or an authorized agent acting on your behalf) may send us a written notice containing all of the following information (the "Notice"):

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf
2. Identification of the copyrighted work(s) claimed to have been infringed
3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, including sufficient information (such as the URL or a description of the location) to allow us to locate the material

5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the Notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner

2. Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted to the Service was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing the following:

1. Your physical or electronic signature
2. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it previously appeared
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
4. Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your judicial district (or the jurisdiction in which we are located if you are outside the United States) and that you will accept service of process from the party who filed the original Notice or that party's agent

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the party who filed the original Notice and, unless that party seeks a court order within the applicable statutory period, we may restore the removed material.

3. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our discretion, limit access to the Service or terminate the accounts of users who infringe the intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is repeat infringement.

4. Account Suspension

We may, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, disable or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyrights or who submit knowingly false or abusive takedown notices or counter-notifications.

5. Your Content

You are responsible for ensuring that any content you upload to or share through the Service does not infringe the copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of any third party. By uploading content, you represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to do so.
